What you share
The form asks for your email address and the kind of help you need. You may also provide your name, order number, cushion firmness feedback, areas of discomfort, and a message. These additional details are optional.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your request, find the relevant order when needed, and understand how our products can be improved. Submitting a support request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
How the form works
When you submit, Formspree processes the form and sends it to our support inbox. Your submission may be retained in our Formspree account and email service while we handle and retain support correspondence. Cloudflare hosts the website and may process technical connection information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect it.

Information on your device
This website does not use advertising trackers or save your form entries to browser storage. Unsaved entries may be lost when you leave or refresh the page.
